Every great thing being and End with Gratitude

Gratitude Mindset:
Gratitude means thanks and appreciation._Gratitude, which rhymes with “attitude,” comes from the Latin word gradus, which means “thankful, pleasing.” When you feel gratitude, you’re pleased by what someone did for you and also pleased by the results. Unlike indebtedness, you’re not anxious about having to pay it back.
In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways.
We put the greed mindset before the gratitude mindset in this article on purpose. A lot of people forget to be grateful for everything they have in life. For having a roof over their head, a paying job, a family, a good supply of food and water.
We often forget to be thankful for what we have, because the majority of people within our country of origin have exactly the same as us. The people we speak with and spend time with on a daily basis; all have access to the same basic resources we have.
If you can be grateful for what you have, you won’t take anything for granted in this life, and you’ll be happier in the long run.
The advantages of the gratitude mindset:
You appreciate the things you have a lot more
It keeps you humble, no matter how much success you achieve in life
It’s a lot easier for you to be a happy individual
You’ll make the most of the precious time you have
The disadvantages of the gratitude mindset:
There are no real disadvantages of being grateful
Do you possess the gratitude mindset?
Not everyone feels grateful on a regular basis. When you develop a gratitude mindset, your life changes for the better. Develop a gratitude habit.
Gratitude is an emotion and as such we should be able to feel and experience the emotion in our body. … It can feel like warmth in the body, a sense of grounded-ness, a slowing of the breath, spaciousness in the chest and heart, uncontrollable tears or an automatic smile.
1-Be thankful for what you have:
Gratitude is a way for people to appreciate what they have instead of always reaching for something new in the hopes it will make them happier, or thinking they can’t feel satisfied until every physical and material need is met. Gratitude helps people refocus on what they have instead of what they lack. And, although it may feel contrived at first, this mental state grows stronger with use and practice.
Here are some ways to cultivate gratitude on a regular basis.
Write a thank-you note. You can make yourself happier and nurture your relationship with another person by writing a thank-you letter expressing your enjoyment and appreciation of that person’s impact on your life. Send it, or better yet, deliver and read it in person if possible. Make a habit of sending at least one gratitude letter a month. Once in a while, write one to yourself.
2-Thank someone mentally.
No time to write? It may help just to think about someone who has done something nice for you, and mentally thank the individual.
3-Keep a gratitude journal.
Make it a habit to write down or share with a loved one thought about the gifts you’ve received each day.
4-Count your blessings.
Pick a time every week to sit down and write about your blessings — reflecting on what went right or what you are grateful for. Sometimes it helps to pick a number — such as three to five things — that you will identify each week. As you write, be specific and think about the sensations you felt when something good happened to you.
5-Pray.
People who are religious can use prayer to cultivate gratitude.
6-Meditate.
Mindfulness meditation involves focusing on the present moment without judgment. Although people often focus on a word or phrase (such as “peace”), it is also possible to focus on what you’re grateful for everything that you have in your life right now.
